3. Meta advertising and Instant Forms

We use Meta advertising services, including Facebook and Instagram advertisements, to promote our services and offers.

When you submit an Instant Form through a Meta advertisement, Meta provides the information you entered to AU Smart Rentals. This may include your name, email address, phone number, postcode and information about your property.

We use this information to:

  • Respond to your request
  • Prepare or discuss a rental revenue estimate
  • Assess whether your property may be suitable for short-term rental management
  • Contact you by telephone, email or SMS
  • Provide information about our services and relevant offers

Your interaction with Facebook and Instagram is also subject to Meta’s own terms and privacy policies. We do not control how Meta independently collects or processes information through its platforms.

Submitting an Instant Form does not require you to enter into a management agreement with AU Smart Rentals.
