    What is my property potential return if I use it for short-term stays?

    Property returns depend on many factors such as size, location, property set up, reviews, and calendar availability. Contact us, and we will assess your property and potential revenue. According to the market, on average short-term properties returns are 30% higher compared to long term.

    Which areas of Sydney does AU Smart Rentals cover?

    We are based in Sydney Eastern Suburbs. Currently we cover Bondi, Bondi Junction, Waverly, Bronte, Coogee, Randwick, Surry Hills, Darlinghurst, Paddington, Chippendale, and Sydney CBD. However, we are open to consider other Suburbs

    What will be my responsibilities?

    As a landlord, your unique responsibility is to make sure that the property will be ready to accommodate guests. AU Smart Rentals will do everything else, so you can just enjoy your maximised passive income from your property.

    Will you cover property damage?

    We use only platforms that cover any damage to the property made by guests. If anything happens during a guest stay, the platform insurance will cover up to $2M USD (T&C Apply)
