    When do I get paid?
    Revenue is paid to you monthly. You receive a statement each month showing total booking income, the management fee deducted, any pass-through costs, and your net payout.
    Do you charge if my property has no bookings?

    No. Our fee is commission-based on accommodation fare earned. If there are no bookings in a given month, there is no management fee for that month.

    What is included in the 18% fee?

    Everything listed in the inclusions above. There are no add-ons and no features available only at a higher tier.

    What happens if a guest causes damage?

    We document property condition with photos before and after every stay. Damage claims are managed through the relevant platform’s protection policies and, where applicable, your landlord insurance. We assist you through the claims process.

    Can I block out dates for personal use?

    Yes. You retain full control over your property’s availability. Block-out dates are managed through your owner portal and take effect immediately.

    What is the 180-day cap and how do you manage it?

    The 180-night cap is an NSW government restriction that limits non-hosted short-term rentals in most Sydney council areas to 180 nights per calendar year. We take care of this entirely — managing your calendar to optimise revenue within the cap, and filling the remaining days with medium-term bookings of at least 21 nights so your property never sits idle.
